Anyone have a good recipe?
I’m looking for a recipe that includes:
- chicken
- artichokes
- white wine
- angel hair pasta (or any kind of pasta)
I keep finding things like chicken piccata, but I’m not a huge fan of lemon, which I often find overpowering.
Does anyone have any good recipes that they know of?

Lemon goes so well with artichokes….that being said mom suggested that there are some sites where you can input those ingredients and possibly find recipes. :)

Annie’s Eats has a good recipe you should try…I’m on my phone or I’d link it for you. There are mushrooms in it too, but you can always omit them if they aren’t your cup of tea!

If you just sautee the artichokes in wine, and add them to the other ingredients and sprinkle parm and olive oil on, that’s not so bad. A bit boring maybe
